Ah, the cold showers. A practice often met with the same enthusiasm as a dentist appointment or tax season. But what if I told you that within those icy droplets lies a secret weapon for enhancing focus, willpower, energy, and mood?

Let’s dive in, or should I say, shiver in. (Sorry for the dad joke 😅)

So there I was — standing in the shower, bracing for the Antarctic assault that is a cold shower. Yes, me, the brave soul who embarked on a 30-day cold shower experiment.

Why, you ask?

Well, for the sake of science, of course!

But also because I heard whispers of the mystical benefits of cold showers and thought, “Hey, why not give it a whirl?”

So, what happened during those 30 days of arctic adventures?

For starters, my morning routine took on a whole new level of excitement.

The duration? Well, let’s just say I didn’t break any records for the longest shower ever.

But what I did notice were some pretty remarkable changes.
