I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.

There’s a lot of debate about whether we should work hard or make time to enjoy life.

While many people focus on working tirelessly to achieve success (such as me), there’s a strong argument for engaging in leisure time as well.

But why this is the case?

And what one must do in their specific context?

It’s a difficult yet important question that people must ask themselves on a regular basis.

Why Not to Work Non-Stop?

One major (and obvious) reason to avoid working all the time is the need for balance.

Mixing work with relaxation helps keep us motivated and productive. For instance, taking a break to enjoy a hobby or spend time with family can make you more energized and focused when you return to work.

Working too hard without taking breaks can harm your health.

Someone who never takes a day off — they might end up feeling exhausted, stressed, or even depressed. Regular downtime is essential for staying healthy both physically and mentally.
